1. GENERAL POLICY STATEMENT
At Zenmaya, we are committed to providing exceptional wellness products and services. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the limited circumstances under which refunds may be considered. All purchases are subject to this policy and require management approval.


2. SERVICES REFUND POLICY

2.1 No Refunds for Services
ALL WELLNESS SERVICES ARE FINAL SALE. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Sound healing sessions
  • Reiki & energy healing
  • Meditation sessions
  • Biofeedback sessions
  • Coaching consultations
  • Training programs
  • Workshops and retreats
  • Virtual sessions
  • Any other wellness services

2.2 Service Transfers

  • Services may be transferred to another person or rescheduled ONLY with prior written approval from Zenmaya management
  • Transfer requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled service
  • Transfers are subject to availability and a $25 USD administrative fee
  • Maximum of ONE transfer per booking
  • Transfers expire 90 days from original booking date


3. PRODUCT REFUND POLICY

3.1 Limited Refund Eligibility
Refunds for physical products will ONLY be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect item received: Product received differs significantly from what was ordered
  • Damaged upon arrival: Product arrives with manufacturing defects or shipping damage

3.2 Non-Refundable Products
The following products are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances:

  • Digital products and downloads
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Products used, worn, or altered in any way
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Gift cards and store credit

3.3 Refund Process

  • All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • Photographic evidence of damage or incorrect items must be provided
  • Products must be returned in original, unopened packaging
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item was damaged or incorrect
  • All refunds require written approval from Zenmaya management


4. SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY

4.1 "Free Shipping" Clarification
While we offer "free shipping," shipping costs are incorporated into our product pricing. Therefore:

  • Approved refunds will be processed for the product cost minus actual shipping expenses ($15-25 USD depending on location)
  • This shipping deduction applies to all approved product refunds
  • No exceptions will be made to this policy


5. REFUND PROCESSING

5.1 Approval Process

  • ALL REFUNDS REQUIRE MANAGEMENT APPROVAL
  • Refund requests will be reviewed within 5-10 business days
  • Approval is at the sole discretion of Zenmaya management
  • Denial of refund requests is final and non-negotiable

5.2 Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing fees charged by payment providers will be deducted from refunds


6. EXCEPTIONS & LIMITATIONS

6.1 No Refunds For:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Failure to attend scheduled services
  • Dissatisfaction with service outcomes
  • Personal circumstances preventing service use
  • Technical issues on customer's end during virtual sessions
  • Services partially completed

6.2 Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback while a refund request is pending will result in:

  • Immediate termination of refund consideration
  • Permanent ban from future Zenmaya services
  • Legal action for chargeback fraud where applicable


7. LEGAL DISCLAIMERS

7.1 Service Nature
Our wellness services are complementary and not medical treatments. Results vary by individual, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.

7.2 Jurisdiction
This policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.

7.3 Policy Changes
Zenmaya reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and apply to all future purchases.
